Library unit config is not available in Liarary

When I use the leon3 IP ,after I have done synthesized on ISE,there is a error:"Library unit config is not available in Liarary."  So I go to the lib file ,find out the there is no a file called config in lib,should I create a file called config?And anyother should I do correctly?Thank you a lot.
