NO.214-Senior / CP Product Engineering manager(Shanghai)

1. Start up and develop CP product engineering team. Build team with high efficiency, quality and good qualification;
2. Lead team to complete CP product qual with the benchmark performance from existing CP testing supplier
3. Manage and improve product CP yield performance
4. Manage and develop CP test structure and test program
5. Lead new product introduction (NPI) transfer from HQ to local company, including Software, Hardware, material and process readiness
6. Improve equipment capacity through the product testing process optimization and test time reduction

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 8 years related experience in CP Product Engineering, and have management position experience
3. Experience to cooperate w/ company networking cross the world
4. Experience to manage engineering organization w/ both sustaining and NPI
5. Strong technical knowledge/skills in product engineering or testing equipment/process
6. Strong analytical skill and logical thinking
7. Be good at technical problem solving philosophy and skills
8. Experience to manage engineering team who support 24 hrs * 7 days production
9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to comprehend semiconductor and test terminologies; strong project management skills.
10. Good English skill both written and oral.
