工作职责：
1. 负责产品服务端系统架构、服务器技术研发和研发团队管理
2. 负责设计开发海量用户服务，分布式大型服务运算的产品服务端架构
3. 带领研发团队进行技术评估、预研、创新和项目开
4. 推动研发团队高效卓越地协作完成产品研发
5. 培养研发团队专业技术能力，评估与考核研发团队工作业绩

工作要求：
1.四年以上linux网络架构设计和开发经历
2.熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统下的C/C++开发，熟悉C++和面向对象技术,熟悉数据库开发
3.全面的软件知识结构(操作系统、软件工程、设计模式、数据结构、数据库系统
4.正规大学本科及以上学历
