Location: Shanghai Rep. Office, Service Division
Main Responsibilities:
Explore service solutions opportunities in China
Develop, enhance and customize service solutions to meet customers’ needs. Package, localize, market, promote and sell service solutions developed from RHQ (IDEAL IT infrastructure, Desktop and Applications).
Manage, monitor and enhance existing service solution projects. Working along with BD and RD, identify service solutions opportunities and come up with a complete solution.
Key Tasks:
- Explore service solutions opportunities and customize service solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Package, localize, market, promote and sell service solutions developed from RHQ (IDEAL IT infrastructure, Desktop and Applications)
- Manage, monitor and enhance existing service solution projects
- Develop relationships with customers, vendors and partners to manage successful service implementations
- Work closely with other departments to meet WNC goal
- Ensure high service delivery quality and customer satisfaction
- Well understand competitors’ information and other market intelligence
- Coordinate and facilitate the Opportunity Bid Review driven by the Sales Teams and Account Directors, ensuring that all appropriate issues are identified and addressed accordingly
- Provide sales force with technical and service presales support
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills with clear presentation
- Good command of English both in written and oral
- Excellent computer skills and necessary tools of related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self motivated and able to motivate others effectively
- Good team work spirit and able to accept challenges
- Goal oriented with good prioritizing skills
- Strong customer relationship
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years' working experience in related area
