Customer base. Offering advanced digital & mixed-signal TurnKey SoC solutions and IC
Design services. As part of its growth strategy, the Company is expanding the Sales &
Marketing organization in China and in the other geographies.
Job Description
Reporting to VP Sales China
Mission Statement
As part of the Sales team, impact and execute a rapid sales growth strategy to realise the
company.s ambitions to reach a leadership position in China.
Overview of Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet the sales targets for China.
. Working closely with Marketing & Operations, to align sales goals and activities
to the company.s strategy
. Manage and establish accurate and reliable forecasting for sales and design
wins
. Influence the company.s business strategy in selection and planning for
penetrating new accounts
. Enhance customer service and order fulfillment working closely with Operations
Key Responsibilities:
I. Sales Management
.Meet or exceed the company.s sales targets in Southern China
.Manage pricing for the best financial results of the company together with the VP
Sales China and the VP Sales WW.
.Oversee tier 1 account management and building senior management relationship
with top customers
.Manage sales reporting routine through CRM
II. Strategy
.Sales strategy development and execution per
omarket segments
ocustomers
oproducts and applications
.Work with executive team to align sales strategy for best financial results
.Understand key customer's market direction and it's implications on the company
technology requirements. Work with Marketing to translate this into product
strategies to develop or position compelling products that will enable key designins.
.Participate actively to the company general strategy process, especially to
oSegmentation
oProduct strategy
oMarketing strategy
oPromotion strategy
III. Communication
.Effectively report sales activities internally on a regular basis
.Work with Marketing to provide clear market communication aligned with sales and
customer priorities
.Support the Marketing and Operations teams in presenting customers′ strategies
and roadmaps

Person Profile:
. A strong background in semiconductor sales, with proven track record of
meeting sales targets
. Experience of growing sales in China in a start up environment
. Ability to build relationships internally and externally with senior customer
management
. Direct sales experience in the ASIC and SoC business is a must
. Degree in Electrical Engineering
. Outstanding negotiation skills
. A positive attitude, professional approach and a team player
. Experience of working for an international semiconductor organisation would be
distinct advantage
. Cross - cultural business experience would be a positive asset
. At least 5 Years experience in a similar role
