Job Description:
Responsible for managing a group of TE’s to provide cost-effective and high coverage ATE test solution for multimedia SOC products. Develop test strategy and plans for manufacturing, qualification, and characterization. Implement ATE hardware and program as plan. Interface with Shanghai on site development functions such as marketing, design, DFT, validation, system and product engineering on new product development and production release.
Provide technical support, mentoring and training for junior engineers. Drive test engineering best practices within the PE and TE group. Define development schedule, tracking and reporting progress to Product and Test Engineering director.
Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-10 years of experience in Test Engineering. Experience with Verigy 93K ATE, Pin Scale and mixed-signal instrumentation desired. C/C++ programming skills required. Verilog/VHDL experience is a plus. Experience with DFT, SCAN, BIST and DFM methodology. Experience with test development for ARM, DSP, memory, PLL, ADC, DAC, and interface such as USB and DDR a plus. Excellent coaching and people management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
