 Job Title: Post-Silicon Bring-up Lead
 Department:  Product & System Engineering (PSE)
 Job Location:  Shanghai
 Enflame Product & System Engineering (PSE) group is responsible for end-to-end product design, validation and production, including
 - Reference and production board design including power solution, thermal and mechanical design, schematic & layout, etc.
 - Product validation from pre-silicon emulation to post-silicon bring-up, product power and performance tuning, and product compliance test and/or certification.
 - Production test program development, product characterization and qualification, reliability and final mass production
 We will be working closely with ASIC design, software, and our vendors/customers to lead world-class AI product design, validation and production to enable our customer success.
 Job Responsibilities:
 Post-Silicon bring-up lead is critical technical role for our product success, in this role, the candidate will be responsible for:
 - Define pre-silicon emulation goal and plan by working with cross-function team and drive sufficient system coverage (SW, validation tool) for silicon tape-out decision
 - Responsible for post-silicon bring-up, validation plan and day-to-day execution towards critical program milestones
 - Lead silicon bring-up activities including daily bring-up meeting, technical issue resolving, and drive technical decision in past pace environment
 - Lead system validation team for post-silicon validation coverage execution and issue debugging
 - Collaborating with product marketing and product engineer on ASIC characterization data to define product bounding box spec
 
 Job Requirements:
 Education& Qualifications:
 - Bachelor or MS in EE or CS
 - 10+ years work experience, 5+ years hands-on experience with ASIC NPI bring up and validation, product characterization
 - Solid knowledge and experience for design verification, silicon validation methodology including pre-silicon emulation (FPGA/Palladium) and real silicon/system bring-up
