关于synopsys vcs 2016运行报错“No context available”

刚刚安装完synopsys vcs mx 2016，编写程序：
module test;
initial begin
   $display("This is my test!");
end
endmodule // test

运行命令：vcs -full64 -sverilog -R test.sv

结果：

尝试了网上的修改license，没有作用
