关于PT physical aware eco 大神们帮我看下

这几天在倒腾这个流程，没有什么参考的材料，不知道哪里出了问题。
在正常的sta基本上，增加的pt输入数据是
1，icc routing 之后，写出 design的 def 文件
2，standard cell的 macro 和 tf 的 lef 文件


脚本；
set_eco_options -physical_lib_path $std_cell_lef_file -physical_design_path $design.def -log 00.log
fix_eco_timing -type setup -physical_mode open_site

#----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
执行fix_eco_timing 的时候 出错了 ，log 贴在下面

pt_shell> fix_eco_timing -type setup -physical_mode open_site

不知道该怎么解决这个问题，请大神们指点下！！！

以前遇到过类似的，原因有如下：
1，lef不全
2，lef文件之间互相有冲突
3，def本身有问题

"Error: read def 'spi4_sv.def.gz' failed. (DEFR-002)"会不会是你输入文件的格式不对？感觉这里还处于打包状态。

以前遇到过类似的，原因有如下：
1，lef不全
2，lef文件之间互相有冲突
3，def本身有问题

    我用Milkyway 重新写了lef就可以了，
   原来我是用的是library 里提供的lef 不知道这样对不对？

这样应该就没有问题了，如果有问题的话，eco的时候会报没有空间之类的奇怪问题导致eco效果不好

用Milkway 重写LEF，具体怎么操作呢

   用Milky读icc的mw_cel ，然后把lef写出来，就可以了！
