Job Posting Title MCU Physical Design Engineer
Job Description Digital physical implementation for microcontroller designs
Your responsibilities may include:
• Work on physical implementation of digital modules and SoC’s, including logic and physical synthesis, static timing analysis (STA), DFT implementation, IR-drop and SI analysis;
• Work closely with design engineers and DFT engineers on the constrains and low power implementation;
• Participate design reviews and create the necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics or a related field
• Knowledge of CMOS electronics, DRC rule concepts and device identification concepts
• Three plus years of experience of physical design of mixed-signal IC
• Experience in Tcl or perl script languages
• Being familiar to Cadence EDA tools, such as RC, EDI, ETS, EPS and Virtuoso, is a plus
• Knowledge of custom layout, floorplanning and physical verification is a plus
• Solid teaming skills and communication skills
• Fluent English speaking and writing
