为什么AMD不招2年左右经验的人呢？
难道是待遇和能力？但是这不能一概而论吧～
而且我想转IC设计，不知道是否可以，现在做notebook EE

楼上的看错了，这个是招在校的实习生的，并没有说要什么工作经验，那个是指每周至少能保证在公司实习3天以上而已，实习方向是后端方面的，对于在校生来说是很好的机会

   恩，我的意思是因为看到论坛里好多AMD内荐的，可要么是是应届生要么是工作至少要BS+5 MS+3的
   我时做PCB硬件设计的BS+2，  SO。。。。没机会？？？~~~！！！

现在外企研发以及测试这块主要都是招硕士以及以上的吧，本科生的话可能就得特别优秀的，芯片级的更多点，版级的相对要少点了，其实没必要一定要进外企的，适合自己的才最好
