The successful candidate will be a test engineer for any new BTS product (focus on Hardware) of CDMA BTS portfolio, You will work and interact with HW design team (Including digital & RF design), CDMA sustaining team, PLM team, CDMA infrastructure design team, HWPM team, hardware system team and manufacturing, to support new BTS product HW integration test, HW internal product verification test and reproduce test of any issue that from customer. Qualifications / Experience Required: - About 3 years wireless access system deployment experience (the experience on Nortel CDMA NBSS is considered as a plus)
- Experience on wireless system troubleshooting
- Experience on wireless system installation & commissioning;
- Experience on Unix & Linux OS;
- Experience on Oracle system;
- Experience on BSC;
- Experience on PP15K is considered as a plus;
- Experience on Mobile Switching center is considered as a plus.
Skills and Performance Dimensions / Education: - B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- Open minded and willing to accept challenges. Good communication skills and team work ability
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge in CDMA system architecture;
- Good knowledge in Unix (Solaris) and Linux;
- Good knowledge in IP network;
- Interested in test environment setup;
- Interested in new product verification test。
