pLL各个部分的仿真方法，包含相位噪声功耗以及各部分关键参数的仿真，对于不熟悉hsipce仿真的同学会很有帮助，在hspice2009里找到的。
PLL_PART_I/
PLL_part_I.doc -- document of "Phase Dector","Charge Pump","Loop Filter" (MS word format)
snsweep.sp -- netlist for steady state analysis with input phase sweep
snnoise.sp -- netlist for noise analysis
Kd.sp    -- netlist for phase detector gain measurement
snmeas.txt -- measurement file needed by above netlist
tsmc018.m  -- mosis TSMC 0.18 micron technology model
  PLL_PART_II/
divider/  -- divider directory
   divider.doc -- document of frequency divider(MS word format)
   divider_by_8_config.sp -- simulation netlist
   port.spi -- port element statement, used in above netlist
   tsmc018.m  -- mosis TSMC 0.18 micron technology model

vco/ -- vco directory
   vco.doc -- document of voltage controlled oscillator(MS word format)
   snpn.sp -- netlist for phasenoise analysis
   snsweep.sp -- netlist for control voltage sweep
   port.spi -- port element statement, used in above netlist
   inc.sp -- measure statement
   tsmc018.m  -- mosis TSMC 0.18 micron technology model
vcoDivider/ -- cosimulation for VCO and Divider
   vcoDivider.doc -- document of VCO and Divider cosimulation(MS word format)
   vcoDivider_config.sp -- netlist for VCO+Divider cosimulation
   tsmc018.m  -- mosis TSMC 0.18 micron technology model
