The files amounts is correct and there is no other folder under kits\.

I test again with the installer, but I didn't face the problems.
I think maybe there is some minor errors during you burn it into DVD.
BTW, since you use the VMWare, you can direct install it by access the softcopy of SOC81_Update.

I think what the problem is.
I execute on the background,maybe it causes the problem...
but environment setup still need to be solved.
