3D poisson equation solution: need mathmatical help

Dear frds,
i tried to solve for double gate mosfet by 3d poisson equation. i wanted to have potential profile or some concrete boundary condition which can be used to solve this equation. Dear frnds if anyone do know how to solve it or can help me finding how the solution comes which is attached here with pdf files...please i shall be greatful to him.....
