SaltdKG Execution Error: LICENSE.TMP Cannot Be Overwritten

Based on some advice, I tried again after disabling read-only mode.
When running SaltdKG.exe, it will not execute unless the installation directory of the application is specified with the -patch option.
The -dll folder and -pkg folder options have no effect at all.

When executing the following command, errors appear, but files are still generated by the Saltd daemon:

Guess you must provide a package file with
-pkg folder , which folder\mgc.pkginfo to use
if nothing (pkginfo) is found no license.tmp is generated
