ERROR (ADEXL-5069): Cannot complete the Monte Carlo simulation because of the following error for the test

Spectre simulator stopped due to following reasons:
Error found by spectre during Monte Carlo analysis `mc1'.

ERROR (SPECTRE-16008): mc1: Attempt to run Monte Carlo analysis with process variations, but no process variations were specified in the statistics bl
ock.

Resolve these errors and rerun simulation.
