I know some of you complained that I have splitted the book across multiple threads. As I mentioned in my original message, I JUST could not upload in one single email. EETOP keep saying my computer has firewall that fails the in/out bound address checking and I simply connect it wiht the minimum protection in a public node.

Once again, sorry for the trouble and please let me know on how to get around it for the future book sharing.
