1/f噪声过大的优化方法

在CPPLL中，电荷泵做noise summary，发现标红框的管子贡献的1/f噪声很大，请问有什么好的减小噪声的方法吗？
我是知道增大W和L能有效减小1/f噪声的，但是这个管子是电流镜，我是按照镜像的电流镜W/L保持不变，改变multipiler的个数来实现电流成比例镜像，直接改变L或者W的话是不是不太好，想请问大家还有没有什么常用的方法

如果是research的话，可以做成duty-cycle biasing.
如果是product的话，可以换成电阻
