SCL Error- Does any one have a solution.

When I am invoking any Synopsys tool, i get this error.

[SCL] Error: One possible reason for this error is that FLEXlm version of the application is higher than the license daemon version. If this is the case, please upgrade the license daemon to the latest version (SCL-602)

I use this scl_v2024.06, from this source "https://pan.baidu.com/s/19oay2_fhxw2wLIRzGMPoGg?pwd=51ny#list/path=%2FEDA%2F01.Synopsys%2Fscl%2Fscl_v2024.06&parentPath=%2FEDA"
