请问一下几个数字后端的概念，都是在学习innovus命令遇到的。

1. The Nanoroute Router honors litho routing halos (addRoutingHalo -lithoHalo). It only  allows planar connections to macro pins inside the litho routing halos. It does not allow any other wire or via insertion above and below the litho halo.

这是在查setNanoRouteMode命令的时候，这里面说的litho routing halo是什么意思呢

这是setPlaceMode -place_detail_use_no_diffusion_one_site_filler命令的描述，请问这里面说的diffusion obs是什么意思呢，还有类似的implant obs，这两个是什么意思呢

litho routing halo，litho是INNOVUS DFM优化的一个引擎，routing halo，跟place halo类似，用于给指定的object 增加一个routing halo。routing halo可以用命令set_halo_rule。很多INNOVUS的名词可以在UG里面找到
