CALIBRE PEX Compilation Error

I have designed the post layout using SMIC18mmrf library file and passed the Caliber DRC and Caliber LVS. After I tried to Extract the layout. I received the compilation error.

I attached the image of compilation error.

                                                        
These files are included in pex folder of SMIC18mmrf.

                                                                        
I checked the technical file and changed the layer name give name as technical file. but the compilation error is not resolved. Then I deleted the poly related code and executed the calibre pex. Again compilation error is generated with "Undefined layer parameter name parameter: metal1".
                                                                        
Could you please anyone provide the suggestions to resolve this error?
