求助STARRC 执行grdgenxo报错 without STAR-RC2-TCAD license

本人新手，不知道是不是系统需要license

刚才试着运行了一下，因为手上只有ITF &TLUPlus 文件，我需要*.nxtgrd 文件，跑starrc.看网上指导,用命令：
grdgenxo **.itf ,报如上一楼错误，
然后我用 grdgenxo -itf2TLUPlus -i itf_file -o tlu_file,运行是成功得到了 TLUPlus 文件。所以到底存不存在版本不兼容问题啊？

好的，谢谢。我以为一个命令 grdgenxo 只要有能运行的分支指令就是有license的，原来是这一“STAR-RC2-TCAD”功能的license.感谢解释。
