monte carlo仿真有一半的数据都是error

用tsmc18rf库的rf的mis模型,进行Monte Carlo仿真时job log中出现如下warning,

CIW中出现如下error

ERROR (EXPLORER-2237): Failed to back up the mirror '/tmp/tmp_rdb.14325.83bc636e-c4f4-4819-99c6-e49e0d1180aa' of the /tmp database to the NFS database file '/home/analoglibs/OpenVirtuosoHereReally/12Bit_20Ms_SAR_ADC/Comparator_mis_montecarlo/maestro/results/maestro/ExplorerRun.0.rdb' due to the following error:
Error code: 1032
Error code from the NFS database file: 8
Error message from the NFS database file: attempt to write a readonly database
ConnectionId: 111
The possible reasons for this could be:
* The NFS or the /tmp RDB was deleted unintentionally
* You do not have the permission to write on the NFS location
* Insufficient disk space in NFS
* Multiple sessions are accessing the NFS location in parallel
Identify and resolve the error. If the reasons mentioned above are not causing this error, contact Cadence Customer Support and share details.

variation 分别试试 mismatch ,process ，感觉是model file的问题

找到问题了,是mismatch的问题,process正常的,谢谢大佬

可以拿你的50积分吗 哈哈 model file的话你可以再研究一下 先问foundry 或者自己进去看看 include的子scs文件 改改应该能用
