StarRc gui启动失败，求助

各位大佬们，求助一下，新配的服务器安装了软件，其余都正常工作，只有StarRC一直启动失败
setenv Star_RCXT_HOME  ${SYNOPSYS_HOME}/StarRc_2022/starrc/T-2022.03-SP2
set path = (${Star_RCXT_HOME}/bin $path)

输入命令：Milkyway &
Connection to IPC server failed.

StarRC直接运行脚本没问题，所以license应该没问题，求助，搜索了一下午，还是不知道该咋解决

我记得后面的版本取消了，你可以看manual，已经没这个了

可以看下面截图，一个是18年的，我特意画了黑圈，一个22年的，已经没这个了；所以就是没有了，至于milkway，S家早就不用这个库了，都已经至少改了两次不同的库了。
