[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]1.Lead issue identification, root cause diagnose analysis, and resolution of product / production issues

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]2.Lead and organize lab CIP testing & FA within cross-functional team (Process, Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Spares, etc.) to improve product functionality and reliability

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]3.Propose CIP hardware design concepts, prepare failure model & mechanism

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]4.Lead productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]5.Professionally represent the company to customers, utilize knowledge of company’s product lines and services to keep existing/ potential customers informed when new/ additional needs / opportunities are identified

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]6.Review & release of BKM’s, procedures, and software spec

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]7.Provide new tool startup support, hardware retrofits, issues trouble-shooting at customer site

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]8.Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]Requirements：

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]1. 5+ years experience in Semiconductor

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]2. Education background in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science and/or related fields

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]3. Strong logical thinking, problem solving skill

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]4. Able to work independently and as part of team

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]5. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]6. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]7. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)]8. Be able to travel domestically and international
