芯片负电压供电
1. small current use "charge pump "
hv-cmos design , psub =负电压
2. large current design use PMIC
invert_buck_boost pwm
芯片上的某个模块需要负电压供电
=> 2 种做法 A. Psub 打到最负压 Psub负电压 B. 输入端进 deep-N-well , n_well 接 avdd 形成 iso 圈 , 输入端就跟 psub 隔离 . Psub=0 负压要特别小心 latch up . 像 LCD driver ic or EPD driver ic 负压 , 内部 nmos bulk 端如接vss=0v , 一开始 pump 打付电压前 会不稳定 . 会 latch UP
VGH= hi volt positive pump => gate driver
VGL =high voltage neg pump
VSH => pos LDO => source
VSL => neg LDO => source
some lcd driver
gate = +/- 16~ 22v
source = +/- 7~ 15v
