虚心请教各位前辈：
一、关于LNA trade off的，如果LNA低噪放的噪声系数NF不需要很低，那么牺牲一定的NF，可以换取哪些性能，线性度？增益？


Linearity doesn’t meet spec?
Reduce Q (in short channel devices the improvement is limited)
Burn more current (not gaining much due to velocity saturation)
Apply proper linearization techniques
Need to increase gain?
Larger QL
Larger gm
Larger Load(ZL)

二、我发现cascode结构的S22只有在窄带内匹配，而S11可以宽带匹配，如何调大S22的带宽？除了设计迭代，还有其他方案么(中间加个电感)？
