IP_Decryptor v11 could be used to decrypte for the encrypted **.svp, **.svh and *.sv  ...

However, vc-vip_vW-XXX  package has a lot of bug code.
some vip refer by `include   AAA.svi
another vip refer vy `include AAA.svip
mti code has wrong source code of "ifdef", but it was encrypted...

For the VIP , VCS is only useful.... with fixing bug for the include file refer line.
