voltus生成std_cell library，里面的spice_models怎么弄？

新手刚学习Voltus，目前只过了lab中的flow，在用自己项目模块做的时候，一直生成不了std_cell library,多次尝试分析后，发现应该是-spice_models这个设置的文件出问题了，求问应该怎么找这个spectre文件或者spice文件？

请问是直接在-spice_models里放标准单元的cdl吗，我在-spice_subckts里用的是标准单元的cdl

spice_model里面应该是放pdk里面那个.csc文件，带有晶体管级的仿真文件

没看到有.csc文件，我只在pdk中找到了.scs文件，并且尝试了一下，还是不行
