理想栅压自举开关仿真遇到的错误

如图：理想栅压自举开关仿真遇到的错误，标记处net10报错，网上搜索了一番无果，望大神指点一下，
设的5m时长，能跑26ns就停了..这26ns的波形图是正常的
CLK=100M  fin=511/1024*100M
