电流饥饿型环形振荡器的电流源是否一直工作在饱和区

我用的SIMC40NM的low vth的管子，最小L是40nm，按照您的说法，设置电流源尺寸为320n/160n， N管P管电流源都是这个尺寸，结果没有变化，还是不能一直在饱和区

Ok Here it is . The answer for 40nm design is for current source use w=1.25u and length is L=160n.



By the by what is the frequency you are designing?
