请问cell name修改不了，应该如何解决？

this is a standard protection in pdk from tsmс, if you insert nmos and then change it to pmos in circuit, cadence internal functions(callbacks) not update pcell parameters correctly,  to avoid this, PDK group blocks replacement of inserted instance in circuit.
you can fix it but I don't recommend it)))

replacement can usually be done via skill script, if you don't have write permissions for PDK.
for nch ->nch_mac  you can use CIW->TSMC->update...(I don't remember  name of this function, try to find)
