IO perc 跑出来有LUP.1.0.1U,LUP.2.0.1U,LUP9U 的drc，
t12的工艺，IO是它自带的。它的意思是说N+或P+ guang ring 没接地或者VDD。我就奇怪，我已经在bump上定义了VDD,VSS,VDDPST,VSSPST这些，理论上来说VDD,VSS和这些gurad ring已经自动连起来了啊，怎么还报这些错。

IO, typically, has multiple ports with same name, not all structures has connections by metals (breaks according to tools), all structures will be connected in full ring IO+power PADs. For clear DRC you need to connect all ports by RING PADs or by metals.

所有的最高层的port 跟AP相交的地方都打上了RV，但是结果还是一样

perc本质上还是基于网表在做检查，power/ground是从网表中提取的，怀疑很大程度上和lvs connection rule有关系
