如果你只是一个用户并不重要，但如果它是为了分发目的，那么在发现缺失的功能时添加它并创建 LIC 是不合适的。

It still makes sense even for a single user. Most of the IC learners are not familiar with Flexlm and software reverse engineering. Its important to save time on learning IC design techniques rather than struggling with the EDA tools. What they need is a turn-key script which generates the license file without in-depth knowledge in EDA software.
