老旧和无效的feature可以提issue或者PR来去掉。

Not all softwares will prompt for missing features and many of them provide different functions under different licenses. If you have to deploy a complete set of EDA tools, manually run all of them and try out all the features is totally impractical. The best way to do it is create a git repo and load all known features to it, and manually add or remove some features according to each cases if it is needed. When there are new features added in future, someone could probe the new features and cerate pull requests to update the original repo. Other people just have to 'git pull' and rerun the licgen script.
