岗位职责：

1、Analysis ofmarketing requirements and creation of product/release requirements.

2、Creation of customBLE profile examples using a combination of standard and custom services.

3、Creation of customerexamples including BLE client, and server applications utilizing sensors, andalgorithms to create complete reference system designs.

4、Optimization of BLEapplications and Host Protocol stack configurations.

5、Maintain/debug/fixissues and develop/validate new features for BLE controller’s firmware on FPGAand silicon.

6、Investigation androot cause analysis of customer defects across the RF, HW, and SW disciplines.

7、Develop test plansand automated test cases for the various profiles, services, and applications.

8、Assist with thedefinition and development of the test automation harness for these components.

9、Develop and/orassist with the development of script based automation for the BLE componentsand packages.

10、Work withsystem/radio team on profiling power consumption, throughput, and distance fortypical BLE usage scenarios.

岗位要求：

1、BS in ECE orComputer Science, and 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years withBluetooth technologies.

2、Experience with BLEair sniffer (e.g., Ellisys) and analysis of BLE sniffer airlog.

3、Experiencedeveloping embedded MCU code in C and assembly language required.

4、Experience with alllayers of the BLE Protocol including GATT, ATT, SMP, L2CAP, LL, and PHY.

5、Familiarity with thestandard HCI protocol and vendor specific extensions.

6、Experiencedeveloping firmware for Cortex M4F Processors or similar processors required.

7、Experience with atleast one MCU IDE from Keil, IAR, Eclipse or other.

8、Experience withembedded RTOS required (FreeRTOS preferred).

9、Hands-on experienceworking in the lab.

10、Familiarity withsource code control systems (git) required.

11、Excellent problemsolving skills dealing with complex system level issues related tohardware/software debug.
