怎样把rcx转为qrctechfile

各位大神，
我这边后端用qrc抽取spef，但是没有qrctechfile，工艺比较老，foundry不提供，现在只有Assura lvs_RCX目录下面一些procfile p2lvsfile caps2d cap_coeff.dat 等文件，这个能转成qrctechfile吗？

Techgen can create ICT from procfile, p2lvsfile.
Then from ICT, Techgen can create qrcTechFile.
Don't know if there is a direct way of coversion.

你用的是innovus还是icc2呢，两家的文件不相同，你可以看一下
