求大神帮忙分析比较器功能

小白一个，这是ISSCC上一个比较器，但是不知道这个是怎么工作的，有没有大神帮忙解释一下，另外还想知道这两个栅极上的电容和那两个开关有什么作用，望不吝赐教

This comparator is used in the sar adc, uh？The switches and the capacitors uesd here are to sample the input signal and cancell the offset of the comparator and compare the input signal and ref signal. The switch timings need non-overlap. The vaule of the capacitor mainly depends on noise requirments of the sar adc. For further resarch, you can refer to chapter swithed capacitor of Razavi's book.
