Job description
工作描述
 Build and lead a process design kits (PDK) and CAD development and support team for analog, power, and automotive grade design systems.
 Cross-functional alignment with all PDK components including device models, device libraries, parasitic extraction, physical verification, electrical rule checks, DFM, verification for reliability, electro-migration, and electro-thermal robustness.
 Provide technical leadership towards seamless interoperability of all PDK components and ensure appropriate quality assurance.
 Provide CAD/EDA support, documentation, and training for the design community
 Align PDK and design system requirements and specifications with design system project managers.
 Manages daily resources and projects to support successful PDK deliverables' quality and timeline to meet the overall company business KPI
 Drive analog and mixed signal design methodology and innovation for Automotive Power Design System
 Enable automotive product development teams with technical guidance, problem solving and PDK enhancements.
 Plan and implement different training and development programs to build the core competency of the team members to become experts in their roles and responsibilities

任职资格
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
具体要求
 A degree in electrical engineering, physics, computer science or similar
 About 15 years of professional experience in a semiconductor domain with technical expertise on device modeling, PDK, design system development or CAD support
 10+ years of experience in a technical lead / people management role
 Thorough familiarity with state-of-the-art design tools and how a PDK is best used.
 Capability to technically lead experts in a multi-disciplinary and international team.
 Project management experience as a plus
 Excellent English communication skills
