虚拟机virtuoso做参数扫描显示存储不够的问题

求助各位大大，小弟在用虚拟机上的virtuoso做gmid参数扫描的时候，弹出以下显示存储空间不够的窗口，有时还会伴随软件的自动退出，请问有什么办法解决吗？
The system has run out of memory and the application is likely to behave inconsistently or even crash. The simulation data set being accessed is too large for the available free memory. To address the problem, try:
1) Exiting other applications to make more memory available.
2) Reducing the size of the simulation data.
3) Running ViVA on a computer with more memory.
