岗位职责：

1、Development of designs for high performance, fast charge IC, high current buck, boost, buck-boost regulator.

2、Circuit design, architecture definition and optimization.

3、Close cooperation with program execution, system engineering, application engineering, test, validation and marketing to guarantee flawless execution on product development schedules.

岗位要求：

1、Minimum of 5 years professional work experience in analog charger, DC/DC power IC development.

2、Knowledge in at least one of analog product experience, such as switch charger, direct charger, Buck, Boost and Buck-Boost DC-DC converters;

3.、Well experience at modeling of switching regulator and loop compensation.

4、High power, high current design project experiences is plus.

5、Extensive background and knowledge of semiconductor physics and process, especially HV BCD process

6、Good English and Chinese Mandarin.
