Test Engineer（电源芯片）

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Work with designteam to understand design specifications.

Ø  Generate testplan, create test, qualification and characterization program, design ATEhardware interface boards.

Ø  Debugcharacterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data.

Ø  Analyze siliconresults, supporting failure analysis tasks.

Ø  Performstatistical analysis of yield fallout, debug, and fix yield issues; optimizetest time.

Ø  Work withproduction team to release products to volume production.

Ø  Test strategydefinition and implementation the methodology on new product test development

Ø  ATE (AutomaticTest Equipment) test hardware and software.

Ø  Silicon qualification& characterization including qual hardware development.

Ø  Drive for robustand cost-effective test solutions while being accountable for product quality.

Qualifications:

Ø  ATE experience(ETS364, ETS88, STS8200, QT8200, QT8100, S100, Chroma), although Eagle/QT8200experience is preferred and is a differentiator.

Ø  Characterizationtest program and hardware development experience, Production test program andhardware development experience

Ø  Strong technicalknowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and Mixed Signal test techniques

Ø  Data analysisskills using equivalent tool based on STDF.

Ø  Experience withproduct engineering activities such as yield improvement and test timereduction.

Ø  Strongunderstanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volumeproduction

Ø  Experienced withtest program and hardware offload to manufacturing sites.

Ø  Revision controltools experience: Subversion, Git

Ø  Demonstratedstrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø  Ability to workin teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.

Ø  Strong timemanagement skills that enable on-time project delivery

Ø  Demonstratedability to build strong, influential relationships.

Pre-requisite Skills/Requirements:

Ø  Bachelor of orabove in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Ø  5+ years of ICtesting relevant experience.

Ø  English &Mandarin language skills for both writing and speaking.

Ø  Familiar withC/C++, Pascal, or any tester programming language.

Senior ATE Test Engineer（GPU）

Job Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for Iluvatar products NPI development in ATE engineering area. Candidate should have a strong understanding of ATE S/W & H/W, Test program development, trouble shooting, IC Characterization and Qualification. As the role of Sr. Test Engineer, we expect you could be self-motivated, creative thinking and good communication skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
? ATE test program development for NPI on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other ATE platforms and release for production
? ATE Load board and Probe card design for NPI on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other ATE platforms
? Trouble-shooting and test coverage improvement on ATE
? Manage IC Product bring-up, testing, validation, characterization, qualification and release for production
? Lead RMA debug and QA/SLT reject debug and drive product quality improvement
Qualifications:
? BS or above in EE/ME, Minimum 5 years’ experience in ATE test engineering or product engineering
? Experienced with ATE SW and HW development on UFLEX, 93K, J750 or other similar ATE platforms
? Experience with IC manufacture flows, wafer processing, testing, and qualification
? Experience of driving product SKU and binning strategy as a plus
? Proficient use of lab instruments/tools as a plus
? Be familiar with VB, C/C++, Perl/Python scripting language as a plus
? Experience of Server type high power/high speed IC products as a plus
? Highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills








产品测试工程师(GPU)
工作职责
?与设计，验证和DFT团队合作，将设计概念转换为产品测试要求，开发文档，负载板和插座设计规范以及ATE测试程序。
?开发用于工艺/电压/温度（PVT）边界，信号和供电完整性表征的高性能IC测试矢量，并参与芯片调试，电气故障分析（EFA）和物理故障分析（PFA）。
?开发高速模拟和数字接口测试方法，并实施ATE测试，characterization程序。
?与合作伙伴一起制定IC可靠性测试程序和风险产品筛选程序，
?分析测试数据，建立产品交付的制造要求和规范，并努力缩小整个产品供应链中潜在的测试差距和相关性问题。

工作要求
? 电子工程或微电子工程学的BS/MS/Phd。
? 具有超过5年的半导体芯片测试经验
? 熟练用于数字/模拟电路的测试矢量生成，并有平衡测试时间与测试覆盖范围的经验
? 有使用芯片测试和表征的自动测试设备的经验，包括93K。
? 具有分析模拟PHY知识，例如眼图，jitter，浴盆曲线， s参数测量等
? 具有芯片产品测试数据分析和提升良品率方面的经验
