Virtuoso 安装GPDK后的仿真问题

小白刚刚安装好GPDK45，主要是用里面的NMOS管。
当时GPDK45是解压以后，通过library path editor安装的。
仿真失败，原因是：

Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
    ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 21: The instance `NM0' is referencing an undefined model or subcircuit, `gpdk045_nmos1v_lvt'. Either include the file containing the definition of `gpdk045_nmos1v_lvt', or define `gpdk045_nmos1v_lvt' before running the simulation.

请问各位是啥原因呀？

在model library添加了路径以后，依然报错，回复是：Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.     ERROR (SFE-675): "/home/IC/Modellib/gpdk045_v_2_0/models/spectre/gpdk045.scs" 7: Illegal library definition found in netlist
