| I'm not quite sure your question. 
 Usually in model setup for corner simulation, some companies provid "4s--4 sigma" or "5s--4 sigma". 4s is for general purpose, 5s is usually for "automotive". However, this is for corner simualtion, not for Monte Carlo simualtion.
 
 Monte Carlo simualtion is used to simulate the so-called "sigam". After you run simualtion, you will see "mean" and "standard deviation". The "deviation" is so-called  "sigma", 6-sigmal is from mean-6*sigma<mean<mean+6*sigma.
 
 Usually, we don't ask 6 sigma, only 5 sigma for CPK1.6. This is the basic criterion to guarantee the min/max spec
