• Experiences in leading or managing the development of custom circuits or compilers for elements such as SRAM, Register Files, standard cells in leading process technologies. • Strong technical knowledge of custom circuits and associated tools. • Transistor-level design, schematic entry, layout interaction, post-layout spice analysis, timing and margins characterization, EM and IR analysis. • Knowledge of industry standard circuit, design and integration tools. • Solid understanding of device physics and processes. • Understand the complete design flow, DFT and testing aspect of the compiler IPs. • Ability to work with architects, logic design teams, circuit designers and bridge the knowledge boundary for all. • Ability to multi-task and flexibility to work in global environment • Good communication skills and strong motivation for customer support • Strong analytical & Problem solving skills |
