工作职责
1. Analysis of Smartphone chipset requirements, mapping of requirements to PMIC architecture specifications.
2. Evaluation and optimization PMIC architecture including control interface, reset, clock tree, multiphase bucks, ADC, DAC, LDOs with emphasis on SOC chipset requirement /low power/EMI/ESD and thermal performance.
3. Take part in PMIC digital and analog circuits’ design, block layout and whole verifications’ process.
4. Take part in PMIC package design and verification activities include thermal and electrical parameters.
5. Good cooperation with chipset system and PMIC chip design teams to reach chipset performance/cost/low power and user experience.

工作要求
1. MS with 5+ years’ experience in PMIC chip design and wireless chipset platform development.
2. Have a solid foundation in DC/DC, PMIC IC design and be familiar with the complete flow of PMIC design.
3. Good fundamental in analysis and design of DC/DC buck converter model and circuit, ability to provide layout and verification/debugging guidance.
4. Familiar with PMIC design methods, have successful mass production of wireless PMIC tape-out experience.
5. Good team spirit and outstanding written and oral communication.
