请求指教，使用hspiceD仿真时，CIW出现如下问题warning! the version of the Hspice simulator that you are using may not support the generation of PSF output on linux. If you are having trouble viewing simulation results，please contact Hspice customer support to identify the version that support this capability.
ouputlog提示lic：license sever machine is down or not responding.
请问这是因为hspice环境变量没设置好的问题吗，还是hspice没有集成到cadence？
