Hi,

Does anyone know how to setup monte carlo simulation under adexl in such way that:
- 1st test bench uses tran smulation to find a trimming code for a particular instance (DUT)
- 2nd test bench uses dc temp sweep to run a monte carlo trimmed simulation

Problem: In both test benches DUT should contain devices with the same mismatch spread on their model parameters. It seems that my DUT has different monte carlo spread in both test benches and the trimming doesn't really have any effect.

  Cadence has just published a very detailed application note on this subject (dated August 8, 2012).
