ICC ECO 增加一个pin怎么处理？

做ICC ECO freeze silicon flow (只修改metals和vias)时, verilog code中增加了一个pin, 但 route_eco出来后，增加的那个pin并没有连出来，请问要怎样实现？谢谢
其中一个Error如下，
Port "D" cannot inherit its location from the pin "I_DECODER/D_REG/Q",because the cell "I_DECODER/D_REG" is neither a pad-cell nor a macro cell,please check the library.
